We make handmade crocheted products with acrylic and cotton yarns. Depending on the item.
Yes! All items are handmade individually and are made to order.
Yes we do take custom orders. All custom orders start at $60 and will increase from there. Custom blanket orders will need to be ordered 6 months in advance of when you are needing it and will start out at $120 and will increase with size.
It depends on the item. For custom stuffies, it ranges from a week to two weeks. For custom blanket orders, it can take 6 months to one year to receive the item due to the length of time it takes to complete blankets.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay
Yes we do. Please note that international orders will increase the shipping amount and please allow additional time to receive your order.
Yes! All orders are sent tracking numbers via email once they are finished and shipped out!
Please reach out to us with images of the packaging and damaged item. If the item is found to be truly damaged, we will be happy to remake the item. If there are no damages to product itself (since it is crocheted its very hard to damage our product accidentally), the item will not be remade.
All items are made with either acrylic or cotton yarn.
Our items are 100% safe for kids. Acrylic yarn is not safe for pets but cotton yarn is safe for our pets! If your fur baby loves to wear clothes, we do have sweaters for our doggie customers, but use your best judgement in regards to that as the sweaters are made with acrylic yarn.
Yes, all clothes are sent with a hand written note and care instructions when being shipped!
Yes you can email your request. Please make sure your order number is in the subject line in order to keep everything together.
No returns. As all of our items are made to order and handmade, returns are not accepted.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued if the order has not been started. If the order has been started and is already halfway through being completed, there will not be any refunds issued and you will receive your item.
If you are no longer wanting the item, you are more than welcome to sell the item with the ONLY exception being you are not to pass the items off as your own or handmade by you.
Yes you have 72 hours to cancel your order after it is placed. After 72 hours, cancelation may be accepted if the order has not been started.
